Aleksei Archer and Alex Guarnaschelli

Aleksei archer, an American model and actress born in New York City is known for her dramatic appearances as well as her versatility. Her debut appearance on TV was an untitled short film, and after that she began modeling. Guarnaschelli started her cooking career in the earlier years, while looking at her mother's test kitchen when she was editing her books at home. After working for Larry Forgione in New York in France, New York and Los Angeles she also worked in Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She became the head chef at Butter. Guarnaschelli is a Food Network Iron Chef America contestant who competed against Cat Cora for the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 in Iron Chef America. She has since appeared as Judge on the show and in 2011 competed in The Next Iron Chef season four where she was the third place finisher. She also competed on Food Network's Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast episode, but lost the event. She was a sous-chef for Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian after the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef. She joined The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008. There, she leads a small class of students in how to recreate classic dishes.
